Tuesday 19 May – Team registration
- 10 am: Competitors’ registration at the circuit
- 9 am to 8 pm: Registration at the campsite
- 10 am to 8 pm: Setting up in the pits
- 10 am to 6 pm: Track walk
- 2 pm to 6.30 pm: Technical inspection
- 8 pm: Circuit closes
Wednesday 20 May – Start of the competition
- 8 am: Circuit opens
- 8 am – 8.30 am: Walk around the track
- 8.30 am: Briefing for team managers and drivers
- 9 am to 1 pm: Technical inspection and free practice
- 2.30 pm: Official start of the 5th EcoGreen Energy Challenge
- 5.48 pm: Last start of the day
- 6.30 pm: End of the day’s competition
- 6.30 pm: Preparation for the official photo
- 7 pm to 8 pm: Welcome drinks
- 8 pm: Circuit closes
Thursday 21 May – Final day and prize-giving ceremony
- 8 am: Circuit opens
- 8.30 am: Briefing for team managers and drivers
- 9 am: Start of the second day of competition
- 11.18 am: Last start of the morning
- 12 noon: End of the morning’s competition
- 1 pm: Competition resumes
- 3.48 pm: Last start of the afternoon
- 4.30 pm: End of the second day’s competition
- 5 pm: Prize-giving ceremony
- 6 pm: Competitors depart
