THE AUTOMOBILE CLUB DE L’OUEST: A PLAYER IN SUSTAINABLE MOBILITY
Since 1923, the 24 Hours of Le Mans, a motor racing competition organised by the Automobile Club de l’Ouest, has contributed to mobility for all. A veritable technological laboratory in extreme conditions, the 24 Hours has contributed to many innovations that have become essential, such as the invention of bitumen, fog lights, disc brakes, aerodynamic bodywork, and more. Today, at a time when the energy transition is crucial, the Automobile Club de l’Ouest and the 24 Hours of Le Mans are working to deploy hydrogen for zero-emission competition and mobility.

ALUMNI la Jol’toujours
ALUMNI la Jol Toujours is the association of former students, employees and teachers of La Joliverie. Since its creation in 2019, we have been supporting the EcoGreen Energy challenge from the outset.
Our support is faithful to our values of education, respect for people and our eco-responsible and environmental commitments, with a focus on ecological transition.
Many volunteers from the association are involved in organising the challenge and running the competition.
We are very proud to support this event, which aims to be an educational springboard for participants.
We wish this wonderful event every success.
Transportation accounts for about one-third of our greenhouse gas emissions. For the Department of Loire-Atlantique, acting on modes of travel represents an important lever to reduce these emissions and move towards the decarbonation of mobility.
This is why the Department continues to deploy carpool areas on the territory, with the desire to deploy electric charging stations. He is also working on the upcoming development of dedicated transit and carpool lanes. This project will make a real difference in journey times, making shared transport more attractive for road users.
Finally, the Department deploys an ambitious action plan to promote cycling. This policy is based on the implementation of action towards road infrastructure with the ambition to connect all the municipalities of Loire-Atlantique by bicycle routes by 2032, but also on practical incentives such as the Vélila electric bike rental service, which has been deployed to date on 10 intercommunalities

Created on January 1, 2017, Estuaire et Sillon brings together 11 municipalities and employs 280 agents serving 38,590 inhabitants.
An enterprising Intercommunality located in the heart of the Loire-Atlantique department, between Nantes and Saint-Nazaire, Estuaire and Sillon, aims for a balanced development of its territory.
By creating its Corporate Foundation, Crédit Mutuel de Loire Atlantique et du Centre Ouest has been committed since 1993 to supporting the social initiatives of local associations, whether or not they are customers, throughout its territory. The Foundation’s actions are in line with the values of solidarity and responsibility that are at the heart of Crédit Mutuel’s Mutual Social Responsibility approach. The associations’ projects contribute to harmonious coexistence and social inclusion in four areas:

- Vulnerability/precariousness,
- Education,
- Professional integration.

The Joliverie group is composed of 10 educational structures spread over 6 sites of the Nantes metropolis (St Sébastien sur Loire – Nantes and Carquefou)
The group offers 70 trainings up to the Bac+5 full-time or by apprenticeship in multiple fields.
More than 4,700 young people were welcomed in 2020-2021

A key player in the territory’s energy transition, it supports its members on all energy-related topics: electricity and gas distribution, public lighting, energy efficiency and sustainable mobility.
